Life Goes On…

Life goes on…

I’m still holding upon…

The uncertain, unseen or untolds,

Everyday a new chapter unfolds..

Be patient, but you may need resilience,

Consequence of our diligence..

As life goes on,

And I’m still holding strong…

You grow, you learn, you nurture, you Cherish,

You Give, you forgive and we flourish…

You bloom, you spread smiles,

Enjoy it for all its while…

Spread smiles, happiness or help,

Kindness is then well felt!

Nothing will stay like castle of sand,

As time slips from your hand…

Thunderstorms

Thunderstorm

Here I’m sitting in my couch trying to listen to the sounds around me in the middle of the night. All are fast asleep and tucked in bed. Now, looking forward to peace and silence for a little bit before retiring to my room.

The tik-tik sound of my wall clock, the humming sound of my refrigerator, the passing by buses, cars (occasionally sounds from my living room balcony). All in perfect harmony with each other to put me in a relaxing mode.

It’s night time, just a dim bulb putting light on my stuff laying around me and casting there shadows. As, I get up to go to my room I realised that I forgot to take water jug for the night. I might need it in middle of the night just to have a gulp or if my husband needs it.

I switch off the light in my living room and start walking towards my room it is just two rooms away from living room as my house is all on the same level. I have to cross my son room and a common bathroom before entering my room. Before I even crossed my room I realised it started raining heavily outside, ( I don’t like thunderstorms noise and bit scared of them) so wanted to get to my room as soon as possible to get snuggled in bed next to him.

I crept inside my room in darkness making sure I don’t make any sudden sounds or noises to wake anyone. I can hear my husband snoring and making a whistling sounds. I knew now that he is fast asleep.

I entered my bed and lie down without making much sounds and movements but the moment I entered my bed quilt something heavy came upon me, I got scared as it was sudden…

then I realise it’s my husband hand to make me sleep tight in this thunderstorm and I slept like a baby. He is Yum Yum!!

Lost in the jungle….what did I see?

Lost in the jungle,

What did I see?

I saw animals and lots of trees.

I saw a snake, near the lake.

Hide, hide, hide…its gonna bite.

I saw a leopard sleeping on the log,

In the pond, a jumping frog.

Let’s run; one, two, three…

What did I see?

I saw a monkey, with a key,

He was hiding from me.

Hey! It belongs to my bike!!

I gave him a banana, that’s what he like.

I rode back home,

Finally, I’m not alone.

Mum and dad hug me tight,

It was time for me to say good night.

Time heals your wounds,
Wounds heal but leaves a scar,
You are one in a million but like a dead star.

Lost in hope,
Hope is lost,
Nothing ever lasts.

Patience leads results,
Waiting for results needs patience,
But who will deal with negligence.

No one loves,
Loves need no one,
For me Is there someone?

Loneliness is lonely,
Lonely is loneliness,
In the crowd I’m the one ONLY.

Starts meets the end,
End needs start,
What I do with my sad heart.

P.s. I’m lonely

Chapter # 3 Serena Rose

A room with landscapes view; Room No. 101 . The enterance was narrow. But it broadens after few steps into a wide and big room. First on your right you can see a big fish aquarium next to a long dining table with polished teakwood with silverware on it. On your left is a changing room and coat closet. Next to it is a door which is locked permanently.
As you move down it leads to two big rooms on left and right and a big beautiful patio with garden next to it.

A knock on the door, Mr Leo Oscar opens the door..

“Yes ?” He said. “An invite for you sir!,”said the bellman; with a big silly cheerful grin (he seems to have mastered over the years).

Mr Oscar put his hand in pocket to grab a note and gave away 50 dollars. “Merry Christmas” the bellman said in return, he smiled and shut the door.

Your little hands and feet touch,

It snowed…last night..

Last night dew was on my window glass,
Pearl drops on my garden grass.

Yes, it snowed I saw it,
I couldn’t believe It, I must admit.

I jumped up from my bed,
Rushed to the window straight ahead.

I saw the sky raining snow!!
I wanted everyone to know.

I wanted to wake up my hubby,
But he was fast asleep like a cuddled baby.

I reached; to wake him up,
But soon I realised I was all roundup.

Before I could even utter a word,
“I love you”, a soft whisper I heard.

Before I could say anything,
I felt so lovin’

Soon I turned around and giggled,
We slept tight and snuggled.

With the snow dropping outside,
It was my safest place to hide..
